Frequently asked questions
What happens after the trial period?
You can try any paid plan free for 14 days, and we will email you a reminder before the trial ends. After that, you can stay on your chosen plan, switch to the Free plan, or cancel. There is no charge for the trial period.
What happens if I exceed the order limit?
On the Free plan, the shop pauses new orders after 25 orders in a month. Upgrade your plan in the dashboard to unlock it right away. On paid plans, orders are never blocked. If you regularly exceed your limit, we will reach out about upgrading, or arrange custom terms on the Pro plan.
Can I change my plan mid-month?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade on any day, and the change takes effect immediately. Billing is prorated for the days spent on each plan.
Can I upgrade to a paid plan just for the holidays?
Yes. Many bakeries and pastry shops upgrade just a few times a year - for example, for Christmas, Fat Thursday, or Easter. Switch to a paid plan when pre-orders open and return to the Free plan after the holidays. Your products, pickup locations, and past settings stay in your account ready for the next season.
Do I need my own website?
No. Every shop gets its own Orderye address that you can share on Instagram, Facebook, or your website. Starting from the Standard plan, you can also connect a custom domain.
How do I connect online payments?
Online payments are processed by imoje and Paynow. Sign an agreement with your chosen provider and enter your credentials in the Orderye dashboard. Transaction fees are charged directly by the payment provider according to their rates. Online payments are available starting from the Standard plan.
Is my customers' data secure?
Data is stored in compliance with GDPR on servers in Europe. All connections are encrypted and backups are performed regularly.
How long does it take to set up my shop?
It depends mainly on how many products you have. You can start taking orders the very same day.
